What we do with your email address

The short version: we use it to tell you when vuvu launches, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and you can leave at any time.

Who is collecting it

Around, Inc., a Delaware corporation. If you have a question about your data, or want it removed, email privacy@around-tech.com and a person will answer.

What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we store three things:

Your email address — the one you typed into the form.
Where you came from — for example whether you arrived from Instagram or TikTok. This is taken from the link you clicked, not from your device or your browsing elsewhere.
When you signed up — a timestamp.

We do not ask for your name, your location, or anything else. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not build a profile of you.

Why we collect it

To send you news about the vuvu launch and early access, and nothing else. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time and that does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who else can see it

The list is stored in a hosted database run by our website provider, and will be handled by an email delivery provider when we start sending. Both act on our instructions only. We do not sell, rent or trade your address, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until we close the early-access list and no longer need it. When you unsubscribe we delete your address rather than keeping a copy, other than the minimum needed to make sure we do not email you again by mistake.

Your choices

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — email privacy@around-tech.com and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

As vuvu moves toward launch this page will change — for example when we add an email provider or open a store. We will update the date at the top when it does.
